State Requirements Questions
What are the Continuing Education requirements?
WASHINGTION REAL ESTATE
Real Estate agents are required to take 30 hours of CE every two years before the birth day of the licensee.
WASHINGTON APPRAISAL
Real Estate appraisers are required to take 28 hours of CE every two years before the birth day of the licensee.
Are there any specific courses required?
WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE
A Real Estate agent is required to take a 3 hour prescribed core curriculum course every other year. All 30 hours of CE can be taken online.
WASHINGTON APPRAISAL
An appraiser is required to take a 7 hour USPAP Update course ever other year. All 28 hours of CE can be taken online.

Are the courses approved for credit?
Yes, all of our courses are approved for credit.
What is the cost of the course(s) and what methods of payment are accepted?
The cost of each course is located in the course catalog. You may pay using all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express).
What is your refund policy?
The Mykut Real Estate School/ Appraisal School of Washington students who purchase an online class may cancel within 10 calendar days after the date of enrollment and as long as the course has not been completed. To request a refund, contact our online training partner Hondros Learning at support@fastclass.com or 1-866-455-3278 Monday through Friday 9:00am - 7:00pm ET, Saturday 10:00am - 3:00pm ET, Closed Sunday.
How do I get a username and password? What do I use it for? What should I do if I forget it?
During the registration process, you select your own username and password. It should be something that you can easily remember. You will use the same username and password each time you log in to access your course(s). This information is entered in the returning students section on the home page of the website. If you forget your username and password, you can either email support@fastclass.com or call 1-866-455-3278.
Can I take the course from various locations and computers?
Our courses are set up for students to access their courses from any computer that is compatible.
How does a course work?
You take the course at your own pace and on your own time. You can take the course in small increments or all at once. If you exit out of the course, then log back in at a later time, you start back in the lesson that you had been taking.
How long will it take me to complete a course?
Each course has been approved for a specific number of hours. Depending on the pace you review the course, it may take you less or more time to complete the course.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have access to the course for up to six months from purchase.
Can I use the course for review when I'm done?
Yes. You can simply log into your account to access the course.
Can I print any of the course material for future reference?
No. The course is entirely online, so you are unable to print any course materials.

What is required to complete the course?
You need to review all of the course content.
How do I receive my course completion certificate?
WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE
At the end of the course, you are able to print a copy of your Student Affidavit and Course Evaluation form. You will need to fill out both forms, sign them, and fax, email or mail them to:

Once Mykut Real Estate School / Appraisal School of Washington receive your completed Student Affidavit and Course Evaluation form, a course completion certificate will be mailed to you for your files. Please keep your course completion certificate in your files for auditing purposes.
The Washington State Department of Licensing does not require schools to submit CE hours. However, they do require the licensee to retail copies of the course completion certificates for auditing purposes. The Washington State Department of Licensing requires this documentation to verify compliance with the education requirements. The original course certificates you receive upon completion of a course should be maintained by you and a copy submitted to them when audited. Failure to prove completion of the requisite education could result in a fine, suspension, or revocation of a license.
WASHINGTON APPRAISAL
